Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, verify credentials, screen visitors, maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, warehouse spaces, and perimeter.
• Document daily activities and incidents, and communicate information to site leadership.

Job Schedule:

• Mon - 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Tue - 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Wed - 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Thur - 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Fri - 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, including verifying credentials, screening visitors, and maintaining visitor access records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and irregular conditions through accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
