Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year security-related experience.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular bicycle and foot patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter to identify hazards and ensure security.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate contacts.
• Complete daily activity reports and patrol logs with professional presence.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Bicycle Patrol Access Control in Mansfield, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine bicycle and foot patrols, monitor access points, and support badge-related entry processes. Your visible presence will help deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Mon 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM Tue 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM Wed 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM Thur 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM Sun 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and unauthorized access concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document entries, deliveries, and incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
