Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Alarm Panel Patrol in Corpus Christi, TX. You will monitor and protect client sites across manufacturing and industrial environments, performing unarmed patrols, controlling access, and responding to alarms with a focus on safety and service.

• Observe and report hazards or policy violations to site management.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Alarm Panel Patrol in Corpus Christi, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, help to deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and puts people first.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You\'ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as required by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, policy violations, and other security-related issues to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver\'s license will be required for driving positions only.
