Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Access Control in Magnolia, AR. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, assist employees and visitors, and maintain a secure, welcoming environment at an industrial location.

Role requires 18+ years old (21+ for armed positions) and a high school diploma, with background checks and drug screening as applicable. This is a full-time, on-site position with daytime and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), a high school diploma or equivalent, and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials and visitor documents to control access to buildings and restricted spaces.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols around the site, noting unusual activity or conditions needing follow-up.
• Document daily activities and incident details in logs and communicate with staff and first responders as needed.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Control in Magnolia, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help support a secure and welcoming environment. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You\'ll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor documentation, and help to control authorized access to buildings, production areas, and restricted spaces.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and operational spaces, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may need follow-up.
• Document daily activities, access events, and incident details in logs and reports, and communicate clearly with employees, visitors, and/or first responders as needed.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
