Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the industrial location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, perimeter areas, staging locations, and other designated areas to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, access-control events, incidents, and observations in clear and accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
