Job summary

This position requires the ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts and to assist with staffing vacancies and PTO coverage. Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred; PERC, FOID, and 20-Hour Security Training are

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office programs (preferred).
• Demonstrate service orientation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises.
• Documents security activity with DAR and incident reports.
• Controls vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Responds to emergencies per procedures.
• Operates security equipment as needed (CCTV, vehicle scales, computer systems).
• Reports irregularities and enforces policies.
• Drives improvement to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Enforces Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
