Job summary

Longboat Key Club is seeking an overnight Security Officer to join our team. The role focuses on safety, property patrols, incident reporting, and guest service. We value team members as our most important resource and offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communications.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies including safety hazards, fires, and medical emergencies.
• Exercise key control and process lost and found items.
• Conduct patrols of property by vehicle and on foot.
• Conduct Fire Watch when needed.
• Promote safe work practices and life safety inspections.
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
• Write reports and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

We are looking to add a Security Officer overnight to our team. Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency situations including, but no limited to, safety hazards, fires, and medical emergencies
• Exercise key control, process lost and found items
• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of property
• Conduct Fire Watch when needed
• Promote safe work practices to include life safety inspections
• Initiates preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed
• Writes reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Other reasonable duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
