Opal Collection is seeking a Hotel Security Guard to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property at our Florida location. The role involves monitoring premises, reporting incidents, and coordinating with management to resolve safety concerns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
• Previous phone experience preferred.
• Effective listening skills.
• Patient and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to make good judgment calls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of guests, staff and property.
• Resolve potential problems or safety concerns.
• Resolve matters that include public relations, medical emergencies, and criminal incidents.
• Provide detailed reports on daily activities and incidents to management.
• Conduct regular property walks and check security checkpoints.
