Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma, strong customer service and teamwork, able to work independently, stay calm in emergencies, and willing to undergo pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must stay calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver certified and valid IL driver's license.
• Ability to perform foot and vehicle patrols.
• Must be able to accurately report.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure that post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
