Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and Mercyhealth partners in a professional manner.
• Patrol buildings, grounds, and parking lots to deter crime.
• Respond to dispatches and emergency codes; write incident reports.
• Inspect doors, windows, and lighting; coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms; enforce Mercyhealth security policies.
• Assist with fire drills and badge verification; train site staff as needed.
