Securitas USA in Walcott, IA is seeking a Part Time Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients. You will actively monitor the premises, manage access control, and patrol a variety of locations.

This role requires excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will respond to emergencies with good judgment and follow post orders and rounds.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsabilidades

Security Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Walcott, IA
Wage: $19.00/HR
Schedule: Sat & Sun: 6AM - 2PM (16 Hours Per Week)

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
