Job summary

DSI Security Services in Santa Ana, CA is hiring a Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and the public. The role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Position is Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11pm, paying $19.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan with company match, paid training, uniforms, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and means of communication
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct routine patrols, lifting, and work in all weather conditions
• Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols
• Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity
• Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
• Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals

As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and the public. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols
• Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity
• Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
• Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals
