Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to safeguard guests, staff and property while upholding the highest standards of service.

You will monitor access, respond to incidents, and collaborate with hotel teams to maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Experience in luxury hospitality security is preferred; strong communication and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security or law‑enforcement experience; luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English (Spanish/Tagalog/Mandarin a plus).
• Familiar with state and local safety regulations (OSHA). CPR/First aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the hotel, guests and associates’ property from vandalism, theft and crime.
• Monitor and control the movement of all associates, visitors and contractors entering or leaving the hotel.
• Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, discretion and efficiency.
• Record and control all visitors’ belongings and items when accessing the hotel premises.
• Ensure unauthorized personnel do not gain access to hotel floors and back‑of‑house areas.
• Be fully conversant with every detail of the hotel layout.
• Check current events, activities and functions during duty.
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and comfort of all guests.

Position

We are recruiting for a Security Officer position.

Responsibilities
