Fairview Health Services is seeking a Security Officer for the Community Health & Wellness Hub in St. Paul, MN.
You will be the calm presence ensuring safety for patients, visitors, and staff, patrolling the facility, responding to service calls, and assisting with difficult or high-risk situations while delivering strong customer service. The role is a 1.0 FTE night shift (80 hours per pay period) with every other weekend.
Fairview is hiring a Security Officer at our Fairview Community Health & Wellness Hub location in St. Paul, MN. In this role, you’ll be the calm, confident presence that helps patients, visitors, and staff feel safe from the moment they walk through the doors. You’ll patrol the hospital, respond to calls for service, assist with difficult or high-risk situations, and proactively prevent theft or vandalism—while delivering strong customer service every step of the way.
This is a 1.0 FTE night-shift position (80 hours per pay period) with every other weekend rotation. Starting pay is $26.07 per hour and increases with experience, plus shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement, a 403(b), and annual merit increases.
