Dunbar Security Solutions in Richmond, VA is seeking a Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role involves patrolling, enforcing security policies, and timely reporting of incidents.

Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday with evening shifts, and a two-week training window may be required. This is a full-time, second-shift position with benefits and opportunity for growth.

Pay Rate: $19.29 per hour

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with residents, employees, visitors, and the public.
• Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports and shift logs.
• Provide a visible security presence by conducting routine patrols and monitoring assigned areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in creating a safe and secure environment for residents and authorized visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
