Job summary

Redlands Community Hospital is seeking a security officer to provide safety and security services to patients, staff, and visitors, reporting to the Security Manager.

Requires current California Guard license, California driver's license, MAB training, and prior healthcare security or law enforcement experience preferred; hourly pay range $23.00–$26.09.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare security officer or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Current California Guard license required.
• Driver's license and clean driving record per company policy.

Hourly pay range: $23.00 min. - $26.09 Max

Reporting to the Security Manager this position provides security support and services to patients, staff, and visitors.

Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.

Education/Training/ Experience

• Previous healthcare security officer or law enforcement experience preferred.

Certifications/Licenses

• Current California Guard license required.
• MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025.)
• Current California driver's license required. To drive a company vehicle, must have held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years and have a clean driving record per RCH insurance carrier.
