Job summary

Securitas USA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Security Officer - Full Time to help maintain a safe environment for our clients by monitoring premises, controlling access, patrolling locations and reporting safety issues. This role requires 18+ and a High School Diploma or GED, with strong customer service and the ability to work independently.

You will use security technology and perform post orders and rounds, while providing professional service to employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and stay vigilant during shift.
• AZ Guard card required and able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize security technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks of similar scope as required for assigned site.

Security Officer - Full Time

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

Primary Location: Phoenix, AZ

Wage Range: $18.00-$22.00/HR

What You Can Expect:
