Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests and property across the hotel’s premises. You will patrol, monitor access points, and enforce policies while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality security experience, strong communication and incident-response skills, and a professional presence. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with comprehensive benefits for eligible team members.

What You’ll Do

• Must be able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 4:30PM-12:30AM
• Previous security experience in hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of incident response protocols
• Strong communication, reporting, and customer service skills
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work varied shifts
• De-escalation, self-defense, and restraint tactics a plus
• Professional appearance and integrity are crucial
