Hyatt Regency New Orleans is seeking a Security Officer to help maintain the safety and well‑being of guests and colleagues. Located in downtown New Orleans, you’ll patrol the property, respond to incidents, document activity, assist guests, monitor surveillance, and coordinate with leadership and local authorities to keep operations secure.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain calm, observant, and professional in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑service mindset.
• Experience in security field preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
