Job summary

The Resort at Longboat Key Club in Longboat Key, FL is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will help maintain a safe environment for guests, staff, and property through vigilant monitoring, timely incident response, and professional application of resort policies.

Responsibilities include patrolling, following protocols, keeping detailed logs, and collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency responders when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous security or related field experience preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
