Job summary

First Coast Security is seeking motivated Security Officers to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This full-time role focuses on patrolling, monitoring sites, and delivering professional security services with integrity and courage.

Qualifications

What you bring to the mission

• First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(or willingness to obtain).
• Proven Experience:Background in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service roles.
• Exceptional Communication:Clear, calm, and professional communication skills, including two-way radio proficiency.
• Adaptability & Focus:Possess high energy, strong integrity, and the ability to focus in dynamic environments.
• Technical Familiarity:Experience with MS Office and security technology systems is a plus.
• Clean Driving Record:No recent at-fault accidents and a spotless driving history.
• Criminal Background Check
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required.
