Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard guests, staff and assets while delivering exceptional service. The role includes patrolling the casino, hotel, parking areas and golf course, responding to emergencies, and handling first aid as needed.

You will document incidents, coordinate with other departments, and maintain safety awareness throughout shifts. This on-site position emphasizes guest service, incident reporting, and adherence to safety protocols,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must be licensed through IRGC.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class Guest Service to all guests and employees.
• Patrol casino, hotel, parking lots, and golf course for safety.
• Respond to radio and emergency calls as needed.
• Perform First Aid, CPR, and AED, maintaining certifications.

Job description

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting customers, employees, and all assets of Riverside Casino and Golf Resort, while providing superior Guest Service.

Essential Functions

• Provide first class Guest Service to all internal & external guests.


• Patrol property (casino, hotel, parking lots, and golf course) and ensure the safety of all employees and guests.


• Respond to radio and emergency calls as needed.


• Perform First Aid, CPR, and AED as needed, and maintain certification in these areas when necessary.


• Conduct money transfers and table fills/credits, as well as monitor drops as needed.


• Perform all post duties assigned, to include writing incident reports.


• Work closely with other departments and maintain open communication with all employees.


• Ability to stand up to 100% of the time.

Required

• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.


• High school diploma or GED equivalent.


• Ability to be licensed through IRGC.


• Must demonstrate interpersonal and written communication skills.

Schedule

$18.50/hr (including premium pay and average tips) with 40 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire
