Job summary

Marksman Security LLC in Graford (Possum Kingdom area) is seeking a FT Gate Officer for the 3rd shift. You will provide customer service, control access, and monitor devices to protect people and property at the site.

The role requires at least 2 years of security or related experience, a Level 2 license, and the ability to pass background checks, drug screen, and physical tasks. Bi-lingual welcome; evenings, overnights, and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Active Level 2 Security License.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Building Officer experience / Military veteran / police officer experience.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical functions, including lifting 50+ lbs and patrols.
• Professional presence and demeanor.

Responsibilities

FT GATE OFFICER NEEDED - 3RD SHIFT

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must have an active Level 2 Security License
• A minimum of 2 years of verifiable solid Building Officer experience / Military veteran / police officer experience
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Sharp, professional presence and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
