Securitas, Inc. is hiring a Security Officer for a full-time night shift in Eau Claire, WI. The officer will monitor premises, manage access control, and patrol multiple sites to maintain safety and enforce client regulations.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting hazards, and assisting employees and guests while using security tech and completing rounds. Prior experience helpful; training provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Above average computer/technology skills needed.

Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Eau Claire, WI

Wage:$19.50/HR

Schedule: Mon - Fri: 12AM - 8AM

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Previous security or related experience preferred.
