Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Security Officer in Cumberland, WI to help maintain a safe environment for clients. The role involves monitoring premises, access control, patrolling, and responding to incidents on Saturday and Sunday nights from 11 PM to 7 AM.

The position offers a competitive wage of $20.00 per hour and requires strong customer service skills. Ideal candidates will have high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.

Part Time Security Officer

Primary Location: Cumberland WI

Wage: $20.00/HR

Schedule: Sat / Sun: 11PM - 7AM

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
