Securitas, Inc. is hiring a Security Officer for Clinton, IA. The role involves monitoring premises, enforcing site regulations, handling access control, and patrolling multiple locations to maintain a safe environment for clients and visitors.

Successful candidates will have 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently while staying calm in stressful situations. Pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above-average computer/technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Carry out tours of the property.
• Perform duties of similar nature as required for assigned site.

Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Clinton, IA

Wage:$18.00/HR

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
