Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Clearbrook, MN is seeking a part-time Security Officer to maintain a safe environment. The role includes access control, patrols, and client-facing support, with emphasis on de-escalation and reporting safety issues.

You’ll work 24 hours weekly on 12-hour shifts and provide excellent customer service while following post orders. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, calm under pressure, and the ability to work

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of the property.

Security Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Clearbrook, MN

Wage:$19.00/HR

24 Hours Per Week - 12 Hour Shifts

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe driving certification.
