Securitas is seeking a part-time Security Officer in Clearbrook, MN. The role involves maintaining a safe environment, monitoring premises, and enforcing access control and regulations for client sites.

Primary duties include de-escalation, reporting safety issues, and providing customer service to employees and guests. Requires 18+ and pre-employment screening; daily patrols and post orders must be followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.
• Safe driving certification.

Primary Location: Clearbrook, MN Wage: $19.00/HR

They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe driving certification.
