Job description

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel and residence premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Circulate among guests, patrons, and employees to ensure safety and protect property.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Excellent human relations skills; able to deal with difficult situations in a positive, effective manner; accommodating and approachable demeanor a must.
• Excellent investigative and report writing skills.
• Must be familiar with all Windows applications.
• Previous security experience or similar (law enforcement, military, fire rescue) preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certified preferred.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
