Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our safety team. You will patrol, monitor access, and protect guests, staff, and property while delivering exceptional service in a luxury setting.

The role requires strong communication, vigilance, and the ability to respond calmly to incidents. Prior security experience and First Aid/CPR certification are preferred. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Excellent Human Relations skills; ability to handle difficult situations positively and professionally.
• Excellent investigative and report-writing skills.
• Familiar with Windows applications.
• Previous security experience or similar (law enforcement, military, fire rescue) preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• English language proficiency required for reading, writing, and spoken communication.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Security team as a Security Officer!

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Patrol hotel and residence premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. He/she also circulates among guests, patrons, and employees to ensure safety and protect property.
• Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Excellent Human Relations skills; able to deal with difficult situations in a positive, effective manner; Accommodating and approachable demeanor a must.
• Excellent investigative skills and report writing skills a must.
• Must be familiar with all Window applications.
• Previous Security experience or similar (law enforcement, military, fire rescue) preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certified preferred.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
