Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Security Officer to protect customers, employees and assets while delivering superior guest service across the casino, hotel, and surrounding grounds.

Responsibilities include patrolling, responding to emergencies, performing first aid/CPR/AED as needed, handling money transfers and table credits, writing incident reports, and coordinating with other departments while maintaining open communication. Must maintain MVR and IRGC licensing as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• Ability to obtain IRGC license.
• Interpersonal and written communication skills required.

• Respond to radio and emergency calls as needed.
• Perform First Aid, CPR, and AED as needed, and maintain certification.
• Conduct money transfers and table fills/credits, monitor drops as needed.
• Write incident reports and complete post duties.
• Coordinate with other departments and maintain open communication.
• Ability to stand up to 100% of the time.

• Provide first class Guest Service to all internal & external guests.
• Patrol property (casino, hotel, parking lots, and golf course) and ensure the safety of all employees and guests.
• Respond to radio and emergency calls as needed.
• Perform First Aid, CPR, and AED as needed, and maintain certification in these areas when necessary.
• Conduct money transfers and table fills/credits, as well as monitor drops as needed.
• Perform all post duties assigned, to include writing incident reports.
• Work closely with other departments and maintain open communication with all employees.
• Ability to stand up to 100% of the time.

Required

• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to be licensed through IRGC.
• Must demonstrate interpersonal and written communication skills.

Schedule

$18.50/hr (including premium pay and average tips) with 40 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire
