Role

Executes security duties on assigned shift to protect guests, employees, and property.

Responsibilities

• Assist with written reports on security incidents.
• Escort and observe guests and employees for safety.
• Identify and report safety hazards.
• Know hazardous materials and regulations.
• Serve as dispatcher during emergencies.
• Inform outside agencies of suspicious situations.
• Operate company vehicles as directed.
• Ensure safe transportation of monies and tokens.
• Assist in opening/closing gaming tables.
• Maintain high guest service standards and live by Bally’s values.
• Attend departmental meetings.
• Manage keys for access to locked areas.
• Verify identification for guests under 21 to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a MS Gaming Work Permit.

Training

Working Conditions

Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, and other activities with varying environmental conditions like extreme cold/heat, noise, cigarette smoke, etc. The physical effort is categorized as Heavy work.
