Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Observer to perform entry control actions at Offutt Air Force Base. The role will continuously track the location of employees under supervision, ensuring observation and physical control of workers and equipment in the construction zone and oversight of special items as needed.

Minimum requirements include Active TS Clearance, 2 years of related security experience, a valid driver’s license, and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• Active TS Clearance required.
• 2+ years of experience in construction security surveillance, technical surveillance countermeasures, industrial or government security, or supervisory construction experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• No misdemeanor or felony convictions during employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the location of employees under control.
• Observe and control access for pedestrians, vehicles and equipment within the construction zone.
• Assist with site badge issuance and entry control for personnel.
• Prepare clear, concise reports when needed.
• Apply Privacy Act, and OPSEC principles as required.
• Conduct Stop & Question in permitted areas after hours and weekends.
