Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Observer to perform entry control actions at Offutt Air Force Base. You will maintain awareness of personnel location, observe construction workers and vehicles, and assist with badge issuance for site access.

Qualified candidates will have an active TS clearance, at least two years in security-related fields, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Expect an in-the-field role with rigorous observation duties and periodic reporting.

Qualifications

• Active TS Clearance is required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in security surveillance, countermeasures, or related government/security fields.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license or permit.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No misdemeanors involving moral turpitude, dishonesty, assault, or felony convictions.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Privacy Act and applicable regulations.
• Adhere to OPSEC principles for protecting critical unclassified information.
• Safely interact with the general public as part of site access control.
• Follow printed rules, orders, and training materials in assigned duties.
• Maintain poise and self-control under stress.
• Perform Stop & Question duties for access control in and around the construction site after hours.
• Prepare clear, concise reports when needed.
