Job summary

Amentum seeks Observers to perform entry control actions at Offutt Air Force Base, ensuring proper observation and control of workers and vehicles within and around the construction zone. Observers may oversee specialty items and support badge issuance and site access.

Responsibilities include enforcing privacy and OPSEC requirements, handling reports, and maintaining poise under pressure while interacting with the public and enforcing site rules.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• Experience in construction security surveillance or related fields preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain location awareness and control of personnel and vehicles in the construction zone.
• Support badge issues and access control for construction sites.
• Conduct Stop & Question procedures for restricted areas after hours or on weekends.
