Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Observer to perform entry control actions at Offutt Air Force Base and will be responsible for continuous knowledge of the location of employees under his/her control.

The Observer will ensure adequate observation and physical control of construction workers regardless of whether observation is of pedestrian construction personnel, construction vehicles or oversight of special construction items/equipment.

Qualifications

• Active TS Clearance is required.
• At least 2 years in security surveillance, countermeasures, or related construction security field.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry control actions and maintain location knowledge of workers under control.
• Observe and manage pedestrian and vehicle movement within construction zones.
• Assist with badge issuance and control for personnel requiring access.
• Prepare clear, concise reports when needed.
• Conduct Stop & Question in restricted areas and after-hours as required.
