Amentum seeks a Lead Observer to lead and oversee the Construction Security Team at Offutt Air Force Base, ensuring proper staffing, safety compliance, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include enforcing Privacy Act and OPSEC standards, coordinating onboarding, and acting as a liaison with the onsite customer and program management. Strong English proficiency and a valid driver''s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS security clearance is required.
• Minimum 2 years in security leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and report writing.
• Valid state driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Construction Security Team and coordinate staff scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to Privacy Act and OPSEC policies.
• Maintain training records and onboard new hires.
• Prepare clear, concise reports as needed.
• Serve as liaison between onsite customers and management.
