State of Georgia’s Chattahoochee Technical College is seeking a Security and Network Specialist to manage cameras, intrusion detection, and emergency notification systems across campuses. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain safety technology while coordinating with Network personnel.

Responsibilities include training end users, maintaining inventories, and evaluating upgrades to prevent obsolescence, with occasional irregular hours to support campus operations.

Following screening, candidates may be asked to submit further documentation.POSITION DESCRIPTION:This position is responsible for the technical equipment and systems used for safety and security on all campuses of the college, which include but are not limited to video surveillance cameras and cabling, intrusion detection systems, emergency notification systems, and wireless communication. The Specialist will work with appropriate Network personnel to identify needs, perform research, present alternatives, and then deploy, install, and configure equipment and systems. This position will also troubleshoot, repair, or replace defective or obsolete equipment and expand or modify installations as needed.
