POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
POSITION: Human Resources Coordinator - Operations
POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating within the Human Resources Benefits and Payroll area. This position works closely with Payroll and includes the supervision of assigned Human Resources Staff members. This position liaises with other supervisors and employees including but not limited providing training, guidance, and information regarding leaves, benefits, and other related responsibilities. This position also liaises with, consults, and ensures compliance with external agencies. Assists employees with benefit processes and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. Also assist with employment processing (on-boarding and off-boarding) and handling of confidential employment related records and information contained within the HRIS.
$51,373.38 annually. Benefits include paid holidays, annual leave, and the State of Georgia Flexible Benefits Program. Please be aware that Chattahoochee Tech employees will be paid by direct deposit, unless exempted by the State Accounting Office based on "hardship" evidence provided by the employee.
Position is eligible for telework up to 80% of a 40-hour workweek with supervisor approval.
