Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year general work experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills to manage ongoing workflow.
• Ability to operate computers and related software.

Responsibilities

• Ensures equipment and watch-related materials are ready before shift relief.
• Receives information from previous shift and logs relevant events.
• Conducts radio checks and site counts per schedule.
• Patrols building, monitors residents, and ensures doors/windows are secured.
• Prepares shift documentation and security reports.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to policies and procedures.
