Job summary

RunSybil is seeking an ML Engineer in a hybrid New York City role to advance their AI security product. You will design experiments, build data infrastructure, and guide engineering decisions while collaborating with a fast-moving team.

The ideal candidate brings experience with ML techniques, data pipelines, and a bias for product-driven experimentation in a startup environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with security data problems.
• 4+ years designing experiments and managing data infrastructure.
• Understanding of modern and classic machine learning techniques.
• Comfort with notebooks and building data pipelines.
• Autonomy and ability to move quickly in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement technical initiatives based on product roadmap needs.
• Lead technical design discussions, contribute to team decisions, and provide feedback on engineering approaches.
• Translate ambiguous technical challenges into actionable plans, and execute them with the team.
• Set and uphold exemplary standards for code quality, practices, and craftsmanship.
