Job summary

Credence is seeking a Security Manager at journeyman level to support the AFLCMC/IN at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee SAP/SCI security operations, accreditation, and documentation across multiple sites, coordinating with government and IC partners to ensure compliant program execution.

Requires active TS/SCI eligibility, a related degree, and 3–5 years of DoD experience. Strong leadership and a focus on secure information sharing are essential, with opportunities to mentor teams and

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret with TS/SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in DoD or five years with certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP, SCI, SCIF, SAPF security operations.
• Establish and oversee SAP/SCI facilities and accreditation packages.
• Develop security documentation: PPMs, OPSEC, DD Form 254 reviews.
• Coordinate with Government security, prime contractors, IC, and outside agencies.
• Manage SAP/SCI personnel security processes and access records.
• Support classified material control and related accountability audits.
• Conduct security education, training, and inspections.
• Prepare minutes for security working groups and IPTs.
• Suggest improvements to policies and business processes.
• Ensure cybersecurity, anti-tamper, and force protection in programs.
