Job summary

Advanced Decision Vectors, LLC (ADV) seeks a Security Manager to oversee contract and clearance management, security program oversight, and facility compliance in support of DoD and Air Force programs. The primary location is Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, with core hours 0900–1500 and potential travel to other facilities.

The ideal candidate has active TS/SCI eligibility, DoD security experience, and strong proficiency with DD 254s, VGSA, and DISS.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI eligibility required.
• SFPC and SAPPC certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of DoD security procedures (DD 254s, VGSA, DISS).
• Proficient with Excel, SharePoint and secure data systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a tracking system for security personnel and contract processing.
• Monitor contractor clearances and DD 254 status.
• Coordinate with FSOs to obtain subcontractor DD 254s and VGSA/agreements.
• Oversee final DD Form 250Zs and return of government information.
• Provide oversight for Information, Industrial, Personnel, and Operations Security.
• Manage security for consultants and secure agreements related to classified contracts.
• Maintain and update the Industrial Security Facilities Database and PIEE.
• Lead Security Self-Inspection Program and support MICT.
• Deliver training updates to OSMs/DSMs.
