Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of Casino Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience; two years of leadership preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Security operations for live racing, events, and general operations.
• Supervise Security staff: scheduling, training, performance, accountability.
• Develop and maintain Security policies, procedures, and post orders.
• Coordinate with other departments to support safe property operations.
• Lead investigations, incident reporting, and preservation of evidence.
