Job summary

Amazon Gera GmbH is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention (SLP) Specialist to deliver security as a service across Amazon sites in the region. You will perform regular security audits, investigate incidents, and work with internal teams and external providers to minimize risk.

You will contribute to emergency planning, identify security vulnerabilities, and define mitigating actions while maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in security services, asset protection, loss prevention, risk management, inventory management, investigations, supply chain, auditing, compliance, or similar
• Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
• Speak, write, and read fluently in German
• Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Support resilience of business operations by contributing to emergency and crisis planning for sites within your area of responsibility
• Identify vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Coordinate measures to manage risk with local management and external parties such as law enforcement
• Ensure compliance of assigned sites with Amazon global security standards
• Deliver loss prevention education and awareness programs
