Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Expert (SLP Expert) to lead E2E SLP services across assigned units. You will manage investigations, coordinate with internal customers and vendors, and drive security improvements while supporting a 24/7 operation across shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years in security or Amazon experience, with a willingness to travel up to 50% regionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant professional or military experience.
2+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

Identify vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis to define mitigating actions.
Monitor systems and tools that indicate site/region opportunities.
Manage confidential investigations and report theft, fraud, and incidents.
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency.
Act as security liaison and SME for incident response planning and leadership.
Coordinate with security vendors and internal customers on needs and initiatives.
Support 24/7 operations and work across shifts, including nights and weekends.
