• Workplace incident mitigation or de-escalation and Business Continuity planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential investigations and prepare written reports of theft, fraud, and incidents.
• Identify vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions while ensuring legal and ethical standards.
• Serve as liaison and security/crisis management expert for site leadership on key issues and performance.
• Develop strategies for alarm reduction and diagnose devices with internal/external partners.
• This role covers 24/7 operations and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Domestic travel up to 25% of the time and lift up to 49 pounds.
