Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years Amazon/industry security experience or Loss Prevention roles.
• 1+ years experience using Microsoft Excel in a professional capacity.
• Workplace incident mitigation or business continuity planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead confidential investigations and prepare written reports on theft, fraud, and incidents.
• Identify vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions while ensuring legal/ethical standards.
• Serve as liaison and security expert for site leadership on key issues and performance.
• Develop strategies for alarm reduction and diagnose device issues with partners.
• Support 24/7 operations and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
