You will travel up to 25% domestically, support 24/7 operations, and work across shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays while upholding legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years Amazon or 1+ year in security, loss prevention, investigations, law enforcement, or operations.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience in incident mitigation and business continuity planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential investigations and prepare prompt written reports of theft, fraud, and critical incidents.
• Identify vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Serve as department liaison and security/crisis management expert for site leadership.
• Develop strategies for alarm reduction and diagnose devices with internal and external partners.
• Domestic travel up to 25% of the time.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours; work in variable environments; 24/7 shift coverage.
• Act as point of contact with multiple departments and vendors; deliver loss prevention education.
