Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience, or 1+ year in security/service, loss prevention, investigations, or operations.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, in a professional capacity.
• Workplace incident mitigation or de-escalation and Business Continuity planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential investigations and prepare prompt written reports of theft, fraud, and critical incidents.
• Identify vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Serve as liaison and security expert for site leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop strategies for alarm reduction and diagnose problematic devices with internal/external partners.
• Support 24/7 operations and be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
